Wedding+ is a one-time upgrade for one wedding. Once activated, it stays with that wedding until you end it. There is no recurring monthly subscription.
No. Wedding+ is attached to the wedding you activate it for. If you create a different wedding later, that wedding starts separately and can have its own Wedding+ activation.
No. Your invited wedding party members can join your private wedding space without purchasing Wedding+.
Yes. Your partner can help manage your wedding, and Wedding+ gives you the option to add a trusted co-host who can help keep your people informed.
