Your privacy matters.

We collect information you provide when you create or use an AllSet account, including your name, email address, account credentials, and profile information.

When you use AllSet Wedding, we may also collect wedding-related information you choose to enter, such as partner names, wedding date, ceremony or reception details, wedding-party names and roles, invite codes, updates, acknowledgements, and co-host information.

We may collect technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device type, operating system, app version, device or notification tokens, log information, and basic usage or diagnostic information.

Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive purchase status, product, transaction, renewal, entitlement, and receipt information needed to provide Premium access.

We use information to:

• Create, maintain, and secure your account.
• Provide and personalize AllSet Wedding features.
• Let couples, partners, co-hosts, and invited wedding-party members participate in the same private wedding space.
• Deliver updates, acknowledgements, and push notifications.
• Confirm purchases and manage Premium access.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the service.
• Detect errors, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and understand how the service is used.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Within your wedding space: Information you post or assign may be visible to the couple, co-hosts, and invited members according to their role and the feature being used.
• Service providers: We use providers that help us host, secure, operate, support, and process purchases for the service, including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests.
• Business changes: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate privacy protections.

AllSet relies on third-party platforms and service providers. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Current providers may include:

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, cloud functions, hosting, notifications, diagnostics, and related backend services.
• RevenueCat: purchase validation, subscription or entitlement management, and related transaction records.
• Apple and Google: app distribution, store account services, purchases, refunds, and payment processing.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing privacy@withallset.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

Deleting an account or wedding may affect other invited participants and may permanently remove access to wedding content.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These measures may include access controls, authentication, secure service providers, and encrypted network connections where supported.

No system, transmission method, or storage service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access or receive a copy of certain personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of certain information.
• Object to or limit certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

You may also manage notification permissions through your device settings. To submit a privacy request, email privacy@withallset.com.

AllSet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address the request.

If you use AllSet outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we may provide additional notice.
