Clear terms for using WithAllSet.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for providing accurate information when using the Service.

You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Certain features may allow you to participate in more than one wedding. Each wedding remains a separate wedding space with its own participants, permissions, and applicable upgrades.

Wedding+ is a one-time paid upgrade associated with one specific wedding.

Activating Wedding+ for one wedding does not activate Wedding+ for another wedding created, owned, joined, or managed through the same account. A different wedding may require its own Wedding+ activation.

Wedding+ is not a recurring subscription and does not automatically renew.

Wedding+ remains associated with the wedding for which it was activated. It is not transferable to a different wedding unless we expressly state otherwise.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue individual features over time as the Service evolves. A Wedding+ purchase does not guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Purchases made through the AllSet Wedding mobile application may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms may apply their own payment, transaction, tax, and refund terms.

If we offer purchases through our website or another authorized payment provider, additional payment terms presented at checkout may also apply.

WithAllSet does not receive or store your full payment-card number when payment is handled by Apple, Google, or another third-party payment processor.

Prices, promotional offers, and eligibility requirements may change for future purchases. Any change to future pricing does not convert a completed one-time Wedding+ purchase into a recurring subscription.

Refund eligibility may depend on where the purchase was completed. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally subject to the refund policies and procedures of the applicable platform.

Purchases made through another authorized payment method may be subject to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Deleting an account, leaving a wedding, ending a wedding, or choosing not to use Wedding+ does not by itself create a right to a refund or transfer the activation to another wedding.

From time to time, AllSet Wedding may offer special Founding Couple pricing, recognition, certificates, or other benefits to eligible early customers.

Founding Couple eligibility is subject to the terms and availability displayed when the offer is presented. Founding recognition applies to the qualifying wedding and does not provide Wedding+ access for additional weddings.

Promotional pricing or benefits offered to Founding Couples do not require us to offer the same pricing or benefits to future customers.

AllSet Wedding allows couples to create private wedding spaces and invite other people using invitation codes, links, QR codes, or other invitation methods.

You are responsible for deciding who receives your wedding invitation information and for removing access when appropriate.

Do not intentionally share private wedding access information with people who are not intended participants.

You retain ownership of the original content you submit through the Service, including wedding information, updates, names, messages, and other material you provide.

You give us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit content you provide through the Service.

If you voluntarily submit a wedding story, photo, or other material through our Share Your Story feature, the permissions shown on that submission form apply to that material.

Submitting a story does not guarantee that it will be published, featured, or shared.

Unless you separately give additional permission, submission through that feature does not automatically authorize paid advertising use.

You remain responsible for confirming that you own or have permission to submit the materials you provide, including any permissions that may be necessary from photographers or identifiable people appearing in submitted images.

You may not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service;
• upload malicious software, harmful code, or unlawful material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authorization to act on behalf of someone else; or
• use the Service in a way that materially harms other users or the Service.

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with legal obligations.

The WithAllSet and AllSet Wedding brands, software, designs, logos, website content, product interfaces, and other materials created by us are owned by or licensed to WithAllSet and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including app stores, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and other technology providers.

Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. WithAllSet is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You may request or initiate deletion of your AllSet Wedding account using the account-deletion options provided in the Service.

Deleting your account may permanently remove or make inaccessible information associated with your account, subject to records we may retain when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion does not automatically create a refund, transfer a Wedding+ activation to a different wedding, or reverse a completed transaction.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or modify features when necessary for security, technical, legal, product, or operational reasons.

We may also discontinue the Service or part of the Service in the future. Where reasonably practical, we will attempt to provide notice of material changes that significantly affect users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

WithAllSet does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular wedding, event, or purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WithAllSet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service changes or as legal or operational requirements evolve.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change is material, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.
